History (experience) Whitsun 2019

On Whit Saturday and Sunday you can expect military historical actors from the time of the wars of liberation. Among other things, you'll see the 111th French Line, the 1st Nassauian Infantry Regiment and the Silesian Land Army welcome.

The Blüchermuseum comes alive. Soldiers from the time around 1800 show camp life, drill and former military strategy.

Everyone in garb may join in. The troops are due to line up on 08. and 09. June at 09:45am in the marketplace. During the day, camp life, drill and a skirmish in the customs area. The performances are public.

In the courtyard of the Blüchermuseum our voluntary fire brigade is looking after your physical well-being.
